1. Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace

This year, it was even voted the most beautiful Christmas market in Berlin and the second most beautiful in Germany by Time Out magazine! (Only the Nuremberg Christkindl Market is more beautiful)

2. Alexanderplatz christmas market

The highlight of the Christmas market at Alexanderplatz and Red Town Hall is the 50-metre-high Ferris wheel and original house facades from around 1900 tell the story of how things used to be.

3. Medieval Christmas Market

4. Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market

Every year, the magic of Christmas attractions around 800,000 fans to the historical backdrop of Gendarmenmarkt.

5. Spandau Christmas Market 

From the tempting aroma of roasted almonds and delicious mulled wine to the beaming smiles of children enjoying candyfloss and bratwurst – here, you can experience the Advent season with all your senses. A visit to the Christmas market can be ideally combined with shopping in Berlin’s largest pedestrian zone – the Spandau Arcaden and the approximately 120 shops in the surrounding area.

6. Winter World on Potsdamer Platz 

The highlight of the evening is the fireworks display, and the Christmas market in Berlin’s Potsdamer Platz, under glittering lime trees, entices visitors to enjoy shopping and culinary delights.

7. Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church market 

The scent of mulled wine beneath more than 1,000 sparkling fir trees

8. Leopoldplatz Christmas Market 

Weddingmarkt becomes Christmas market with around 70 stalls offer everything from exceptional art and design to ceramics, porcelain, handbags, accessories and homemade liqueurs.

9. Lichtenberger Winterzeit

Colourful lights, Christmas scents, winter attractions and delicacies, as well as exuberant Christmas festivities spread pre-Christmas joy across more than 20,000 square metres. Every Wednesday is family day, when rides can be used at half price.
